<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMI gasket having good conductivity while limiting the thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The EMI gasket 1 consists of a conductive cloth 2, i.e. a sheet-like substrate having conductivity, a conductive urethane sponge 3, i.e. a sheet-like porous body having flexibility and conductivity, and a conductive adhesive material 4 impregnating the conductive urethane sponge 3. The conductive urethane sponge 3 is impregnated with the conductive adhesive material 4 at the outer edge (from the lower surface to a partial region in the thickness direction) on the reverse side (lower side) from the side where the conductive cloth 2 is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
