<p>A laser antireflection device comprises a polarizing beam splitter (10), a ?/4 wave plate (20), and an absorber (30) placed in an outgoing optical path of a laser (500) for emitting a linearly polarized light beam with the wavelength of ?. The linearly polarized light beam emerging from the laser passes through the polarizing beam splitter and the ?/4 wave plate in turn to become a circularly polarized light beam. After the circularly polarized light beam reaches a work piece (200) to be processed, a part of the circularly polarized light beam reflected by the work piece to be processed along the original optical path passes through the ?/4 wave plate to become a linearly polarized light beam with the polarization direction vertical to the polarization direction of the outgoing linearly polarized light beam. The vertical linearly polarized light beam passes through the polarizing beam splitter, deviates from the optical path of the outgoing linearly polarized light beam, and reaches the absorber. The laser antireflection device can prevent reflected light from damaging the laser and is especially suitable for a high power laser. A laser apparatus comprising the laser antireflection device is further provided.</p> |
