<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a spout in which an opening property and a form-maintenance property of the spout are improved for facilitating the spout of a content while improving productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A spout 3 including an opening means (half-cut line 11 and notch 12) is provided at one end of the packaging bag formed of laminated films 4, 4'. Inside the spout 3a formed by opening the spout 3, the packaging bag includes a spout assisting member 14 mounted to inside surfaces of the laminated films 4, 4'. The content of the packaging bag is spouted from the spout 3a via the spout assisting member 14.
