LOCOMOTIVE OBSTRUCTION REMOVER CONNECTING DEVICE

A locomotive obstruction remover connecting device includes a fixed plate (2), a movable block (3), a bolt (4) and a double nut (6).The fixed plate (2) is fixed on a front plate (1) of a locomotive. The bolt (4) passes through the mounting holes of a washer (7), a mounting plate of an obstruction remover (5), the front plate (1), the fixed plate (2) and the movable block (3). The double nut (6) is fastened on the other end of the bolt. There is a serrated surface on the fixed plate (2) and the movable block (3) respectively. The serrations on the two serrated surfaces have same shapes, and match with each other. It is easy to adjust the height of the obstruction remover by using this connecting device. The connection between the obstruction remover and the front plate of the locomotive is much more reliable, and the fasten operation for the bolts is much more normative.
