<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the case cover structure of an outboard motor engine case having excellent user-friendliness, usability or the like, in particular, in an outboard motor. <P>SOLUTION: An engine is housed inside the case, and a propulsion machine is provided to the outside of the case. The case cover structure of the outboard motor engine case includes a case body 101 fixed to the predetermined mounting part of a hull, and a case cover 102 supported by the upper part of the case body 101 in an openable/closable manner.
