<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid coffee extract bearing a combined natural coffee and red fruits aroma which modifies the aroma but keeps unaltered the coffee taste, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The coffee extract with modified aroma includes: (a) coffee extract, and (b) mixture of fruits.
