<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a developer recovery device and an image forming device capable of suppressing clogging of a capturing member for capturing a developer suctioned by suction means. <P>SOLUTION: An opening and closing lid for opening and closing a suction path 110 is moved to an opening position before a cleaning blade 106 and a sealing member 108 become a retracted state and is moved to a closing position after the cleaning blade 106 and the sealing member 108 become a non-retracted state. That is, only when floating toner in a housing 102 may be released outside the housing 102, suction force of a suction fan in the housing 102 is generated and the floating toner is captured in a filter 112. Consequently, the floating toner is prevented from being released from inside of the housing 102 to outside of the housing 102, thereby suppressing clogging of the filter 112 due to capture of the floating toner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
