PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus by which to automatically monitor laser beams with precision despite varying laser beam wavelength, by dispersing part of laser output beams, detecting and indicating laser beams per wavelength. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam 8, a part of the laser beam 7 is refracted by a prism 21 and detected by an optical detector 9. Then an optical detection current is flown into output resisters 18, 10, and an output voltage appearing on the both ends of output resister 10 is amplified by an amplifier 15 through an input resister 11, thus obtain output to move an indicator of meter 17. If both prism 22 and mirror 5 are integrally caused to be tilted, an incident angle of laser beam into prism 22 is adjusted and an oscillated wavelength of laser beam 7 is caused to be shifted in a direction of short wavelength, the laser beam is detected by optical detectors 9', 9''. It is possible to accurately monitor laser beams 8', 8'' by having output resisters 19, 20 adjusted to the wavelength sensitivity of optical detectors 9', 9'' beforehand. |
