The present invention relates to a flow extraction equipment and process for extracting biological and chemical contaminants from solid food samples and similar products, which can be easily integrated into automated industrial production lines. The extraction equipment comprises a sampling chamber (1) and an extraction cup (5), the sampling chamber being closed by a cover (7) which is moved by the action of a pneumatic cylinder (8), allowing the rapid and effective extraction of contaminants from the sample (9), when an extraction fluid, which can be a liquid, a vapor or a gas, is made to flow through the sample. The present invention pertains to the analysis, monitoring and control of biological and chemical contaminants in solid products, with preferential application in the food industry and the like.
