PURPOSE: A device for reducing operating noises of a vacuum actuator is provided to prevent hitting noises by controlling a kinematic velocity of a working rod returned by a return spring with controlling a velocity of air, which is supplied to the vacuum actuator. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing operating noises of a vacuum actuator comprises a solenoid valve(1) and damping filter(3). The solenoid valve selectively supplies vacuum and atmospheric pressures to the vacuum actuator. The damping filter is installed in an atmosphere suction side of the solenoid valve. The damping filter inhales and filters air and reduces a suction flow velocity of the air.
