<p>A piston assembly (17) that is movable within valve housing includes pistons (18,20,22,24) arranged between valve chambers (25,30,32). The valve chambers are connected through connecting cables (36-38). A pressurized air supply/vent line (14) is provided for supplying and venting the pressurized air into valve chamber (30). The piston is biased in valve chamber according to bias force in state where three valve chambers are sealed. The piston is moved to open position by pressurized air in valve chamber (32) against bias force so that fluid flow between valve chambers (25,30) is enabled.</p> |
