The system has a sensor heating unit (7) integrated into a volume measuring section (6) and a refrigerator (8), and a magnetic valve (3) integrated into a control unit heater (11). A flow regulating valve is integrated to a compressor (1) that is arranged in front of a heater (5), where a pressure-reducing valve (2), a silencer (4), a sensor refrigerator (9) and a control unit refrigerator (10) are arranged in the system. The system outputs airflow of 600 liter per minute with 5 percent relative humidity and conditions the air at temperature of 20-34 degree Celsius.
