PURPOSE: A method for protecting digital space information and a device thereof are provided to safely protect content even though a protection device for content is eliminated during distribution processes. CONSTITUTION: An access right determining unit(110) determines whether to allow an access to space information requested by a user by referring to a space information right database. A space information database stores space information. An space information providing unit(120) obtains space information whose access is allowed from the space information database. The space information providing unit configures the space information according to the access request. An access control unit(150) controls the access right determining unit, the space information providing unit, and an interface between users according to a type of an access request of the user.
