PURPOSE: A swing hinge device and a portable terminal with the same are provided to install a connection band on an inner circumference of a body and install a connection terminal on an external circumference of a rotating object. CONSTITUTION: A body unit(32) has a cylindrical shape. The body unit is fixed to a first body. A connection band(34) is installed on an inner circumference of the body unit. A rotating object(42) can rotates in the body unit. The rotating body is fixed to a second body. A connection terminal(44) is installed on an external circumference of the rotating object. The connection terminal contacts the connection band.
