<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition that expresses a sufficient and excellent penile erection function by administering a low dose of a PDE5 inhibitor having few side effects to the middle-aged and elderly suffering from ED (erectile dysfunction) and highly frequently taking anti-anginal agents and anti-hypertensive agents. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains the PDE5 inhibitor and a crude drug having a sedative action, more specifically, the composition containing Valeriana fauriei, Uncaria rhynchophylla, Passiflora caerulea and Humulus luputus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
