<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a housing of a camera or the like at an arbitrary angle. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 1 includes leg pieces 2 and 3 at both left/right sides thereof in such a manner that one ends are attached independently rotatable respectively and fixable at positions where the both ends are independently rotated at arbitrary angles, so as to install the housing 1 facing at an arbitrary angle in the front, back, left and right directions. More specifically, the housing 1 includes an image pickup device so as to turn it in the imaging direction at an arbitrary angle in the front, back, left, and right directions. For example, the surfaces of the leg pieces 2 and 3 are treated by antislipping work. The leg pieces 2 and 3 have clicks that can fix the leg pieces at predetermined given angles.
