<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device and an image formation device capable of inhibiting a slip phenomenon of a driven member when a sheet passes, so that excellent image quality can be obtained without increasing a component number. <P>SOLUTION: A fixation device includes: a rotatable fixation member; a pressure roller 31 forming a nip part that presses the fixation member so as to cause unfixed toner on a passing recording medium to be fixed onto the recording medium; and a heater configured to heat the fixation member. The pressure roller 31 is a roller member including a cylindrical core bar 32 and an elastic layer 33 provided on an outer circumference of the core bar 32. An outer diameter RO1 of the core bar 32 at least at part of a non-sheet passing portion in an axial direction is larger than an outer diameter RO2 thereof at a sheet passing portion, and thickness t1 of the elastic layer 33 at least at part of the non-sheet passing portion in the axial direction is thinner than thickness t2 thereof at the sheet passing portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
