PURPOSE: A power converter, a display device including a DC-DC converter, a system including the display device, and a driving method of the display device are provided to stop an operation by effectively detecting a short circuit by including a short circuit detection part. CONSTITUTION: A voltage conversion part(100) outputs first driving voltage to a first output terminal by converting power source voltage. The voltage conversion part outputs second driving voltage to a second output terminal by converting the power source voltage after passing a short circuit detection section. The voltage conversion part is shut down in response to a third control signal. A short circuit detection part(200) compares the sizes of reference voltage and voltage of the second output terminal during the short circuit detection section. The short circuit detection part creates the third control signal.
