<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating operation device and an electronic apparatus equipped with the rotating operation device which can sufficiently reduce costs, while suppressing looseness of an operation member with respect to an apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: An audio apparatus 2 comprises a rotating operation device 1. The rotating operation device 1 comprises a rotating detection device 10, an operation member 11, a rolling bearing 12, an inner ring fixing member 13, and an outer ring fixing member 14. The rotating detection device 10 comprises: a body part 15 which is attached to an apparatus body 3 of the audio apparatus 2; and a rotary shaft 16 which is rotatably provided around a shaft core P. The operation member 11 has a mounting part 22 which is attached to the rotary shaft 16 of the rotating detection device 10. The rolling bearing 12 is provided between the mounting part 22 and the apparatus body 3. The inner ring fixing member 13 sandwiches an inner ring 30 of the rolling bearing 12 between itself and the mounting part 22 along the shaft core P to thereby fix the inner ring 30.
