A PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER OF WELDING TYPE

PURPOSE: A plate heat exchanger of a welding type is provided to simplify a manufacturing process because a heat exchanger is manufactured by forming a cut-out unit in an edge side of laminated electric heat plates and directly welding an intake pipe and discharge pipe to the cut-out unit. CONSTITUTION: A plate heat exchanger of a welding type comprises an electric heat assembly, an intake pipe(121), an discharge pipe(122), and outer plates(131,132). The electric heat assembly comprises cut-out units respectively formed in each four edges and composed of a plurality of electric heat plates laminated in up and down directions. An opening is formed in a side of the intake and discharge pipes along a longitudinal direction. The intake and discharge pipes are welded to the cut-out unit so that fluid flows and discharges through a fluid flow path. The outer plates are respectively joined to the upper and lower part of the electric heat assembly.
