AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING A FLEXIBLE DEVICE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electronic device with a flexible device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily separate the flexible device from a support substrate without deterioration of the flexible device and deformation of a plastic board. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a flexible electronic device comprises the following steps. A support substrate(100) is formed. A conductive film is coated on the support substrate. A plastic board(200) is formed on the conductive film. At least one thin film transistor is formed on the plastic board. An electronic element is electrically connected to one thin film transistor. The conductive film is separated from the plastic board by generating Joule heat.
