The invention relates to a method and an embarkable device for adjusting the very high flow rates of liquids in the combustion engines of spatial vehicles. According to the invention, the method consists in using the claimed device mounted between two tanks with different pressures. The claimed device used for applying the method comprises a shaft () on which there is mounted a specially shaped blade (), said shaft () being driven by two pneumatic engines (), mounted face to face which compare a reference pressure delivered by a buffer tank () with the pressure of the tank in which the combustion takes place (engine), so as to maintain constant the pressure inside the combustion tank (engine) by adjusting the fluid flow rate between the two tanks for a short period of time.
