PURPOSE: A burner block and a solid melting apparatus are provided to stably maintain the temperature of a mold flux melting furnace by preventing the attachment of fume to a burner and a burner block. CONSTITUTION: A solid melting apparatus comprises a burner and a burner block(200). The burner has a jet nozzle(118) and provides flame burning in a combustion chamber(250) of the burner block. The diameter of the inner wall of the combustion chamber is gradually reduced toward the inside of the combustion chamber.
