PURPOSE: A method for correcting full charging capacity of battery is provided to correct battery capacity according to charging/discharging times, and the temperature and the voltage of a battery, thereby accurately predicting residual capacity and life time. CONSTITUTION: A method for correcting full charging capacity of battery comprises: a step of calculating a reduced battery capacity according to charging/discharging times by multiplying counted charging/discharging number and battery capacity reduction ratio to the charging/discharging number; a step of calculating a second battery reduction capacity according to the temperature and the voltage of the battery by multiplying calculated operation time per each operation region and battery capacity reduction ratio to each operation region per time; and a step of calculating total battery reduction capacity by adding the first battery reduction capacity and the second battery reduction capacity, and correcting full charging capacity of battery by applying the total battery reduction capacity. |
