摘要
本发明涉及介孔锐钛矿相二氧化钛材料的制备方法,属于介孔材料和光催化材料领域。本发明在过氧钛酸盐水溶液中,利用聚丙酰胺-丙烯酸(或聚丙烯酰胺)等水溶聚合物辅助合成了具有较高比表面积(>70m2g-1)、高度结晶的介孔锐钛矿相二氧化钛材料。相比其它介孔二氧化钛的制备方法而言,本发明工艺简单,成本低,能在低温水溶液体系中进行,且产物结晶度高,有望应用于光催化领域。

介孔锐钛矿相二氧化钛材料的制备方法,其特征在于,在过氧钛酸盐溶液中,调节pH为1‑4后,加入聚丙酰胺‑丙烯酸或聚丙烯酰胺,热处理后,将产生的沉淀分离洗涤后烘干,所述过氧钛酸盐溶液中钛元素浓度为0.1mmol/L‑20mmol/L,所述聚丙酰胺‑丙烯酸或聚丙烯酰胺在整个溶液中的浓度为0.01g/L‑10g/L,所述的热处理的条件为70‑120℃保温2小时以上。
