PURPOSE: Polyolefin resin foam including a closed cells and a manufacturing method are provided to manufacture the polyolefin foam using an inorganic foaming agent by reducing a scale of the apparatus through a continuous process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises the following steps. A resin composition including the polyolefin resin and nucleating agent puts into the extruder. A superficial fluid is inserted in the barrel of extruder. The resin composition and supercritical fluid are mixed, melted, and roll mixing milling. A kneaded material is transferred to the die and the temperature range of the kneaded material is controlled in neighborhood of die. The organic coating agent is inserted into the inner die. An extruded material of temperature lower than melting temperature of the polyolefin resin of temperature is coated to the organic coating solution. The extruded product is extruded from die and the foam is manufactured.
