PURPOSE: A drain water discharging apparatus of a compression air tank for a vessel is provided to prevent a scattering of drain water to outside of a hopper in a process that the drain water inflows into the hopper. CONSTITUTION: A drain water discharging apparatus of a compression air tank comprises a hopper(10), a main pipeline, a first valve, an active drain valve, an auxiliary pipeline, and a valve. The hopper comprises a storage space for the drain water being stored and discharged to outside. An air tank connection unit connected to a compression air tank is formed in one end of the main pipeline and a hopper contact unit is formed in the other end of main pipeline. The first valve installed in the main pipeline selectively opens and shuts the main pipeline. The active drain valve is installed in a downstream side of the first valve being installed in the main pipeline. The active drain valve is actively opened and shut according to the amount of the draw water being flowed into the main pipeline. One end of the auxiliary pipeline is connected to the main pipeline and the other end is connected to the main pipeline in a downstream side of the active drain valve. The valve is connected to the auxiliary pipeline, thereby selectively opening and shutting the auxiliary pipeline.
