<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen device using carbon fibers is provided to confirm a fine touch position by forming a touch sensing network with carbon fibers arranged with a lattice. CONSTITUTION: A TSP(Touch Screen Panel)(100) comprises a touch sensing network(110) with a plurality of carbon fiber lines(112). A scan signal generator(140) generates a scan signal for touch sensing. A scan signal input circuit(120a,120b) inputs the scan signal to the touch sensing network. A scan signal sensing circuit(150a,150b) senses the scan signal transmitted through the touch sensing network. A control unit(130) determines the touch position of the TSP based on an electric property of the scan signal.</p> |
