THE SINTERING METHOD OF THE CONDUCTIVE PATTERN FORMED BY PRINTING TECHNIQUES

PURPOSE: A method for sintering conductive patterns formed based on a printing technique is provided to effectively heating conductive patterns which are formed on a circuit board based on metallic particles. CONSTITUTION: Conductive patterns are formed based on a printing technique which is one of an ink jet technique, an aerosol jet technique, an electrohydrodynamic jet technique, and other printing techniques. The conductive patterns are heated using a constant current generator(120) in order to improve the electrical or physical characteristics of the conductive patterns. Laser is locally irradiated to the conductive patterns to form electrodes(140). Constant currents are applied to the electrodes. The constant current generator generates constant currents based on an operational amplifier.
