PURPOSE: A flange shaft assembling apparatus and assembling method thereof are provided to reduce session for processing and assembling and to enhance the work efficiency by automatically performing a processing and assembling tasks. CONSTITUTION: A flange shaft assembling apparatus and assembling method thereof comprise a supporting die(100), a punching unit(300), and a burring unit. A plurality of work pieces is installed in the supporting die. The punching unit comprises a punching member, a punching transfer cylinder, a punching guide(304), and a first support plate. The punching member forms a hole in a work piece being transferred by a transferring unit. The punching transfer cylinder longitudinally transfers the punching member. The punching guide guides the punching member. The first support plate supports the punching transfer cylinder and punching guide. The burring unit is composed of a burring member, a supporting stage, and a second supporting plate. The burring member burrs the hole of the work piece. The supporting stage supports a side of a flange shaft(P) joined to the lower part of the work piece. The second supporting plate supports a burring transfer cylinder and the supporting stage.
