A NOVEL BETA-GLUCOSIDASE FROM NEOSARTORYA FISCHERI AND A METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing novel beta-glucosidase derived from Neosartorya fischeri is provided to ensure excellent saccharification yield and to ferment food waste. CONSTITUTION: A Neosartorya fischeri-derived beta-glucosidase has an amino acid of sequence number 1. The beta-glucosidase is beta-1,4 betaglucosidase. A gene encoding the beta-glucosidase has a base sequence of sequence number 2. The beta-glucosidase is prepared by culturing a strain which is transformed by a recombinant expression vector containing beta-glucosidase gene. A substrate saccharification composition contains the beta-glucosidase as an active ingredient.
