PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a driving method thereof are provided to boost output voltage of an output buffer, thereby providing high output voltage with low analog supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: A data driving part(160) comprises a latch(162), a digital-analog converter(164), an output buffer array(166), and one or more output auxiliary circuits(168). The latch performs a sampling process of RGB data. The digital-analog converter converts the RGB data into an analog type. The digital-analog converter generates input voltage. The output buffer array generates output terminal voltage using the input voltage. The output auxiliary circuit selectively modulates the output terminal voltage. |
