PURPOSE: A system for transforming a surgical instrument is provided to shorten operation times by changing the form of a surgical instrument with a simple action of giving a support shaft. CONSTITUTION: A form of an instrument portion(75) is changed by using shafts(76,77). A plurality of guide loops(79) is attached to one end side in the instrument portion. The guide loop is used to establish a movement route of the shaft. The shaft is carried along the guide loop to the backward and forward. The shaft is carried along one side of an inner upper end of the instrument portion. A second shaft is carried along one side of an inner lower end of the instrument portion. A fixing portion(78) is attached to one end of a first shaft and the second shaft.
