PURPOSE: A power supply unit is provided to prevent flooding of an electric apparatus assembly and a battery module assembly by covering exterior side of the electric apparatus assembly and the battery module assembly. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(800) comprises a battery module assembly(450) and an electric device assembly(400). he battery module assembly is composed of a plurality of secondary batteries. The electric apparatus assembly converts to electricity for operation of a motor and electric parts. The battery module assembly and the electric device assembly are adjacent to each other and are embedded in one housing case and installed in appointed areas of vehicle by using mounting members.
