PURPOSE: An oil leakage prevention device of a hydraulic system and a method thereof are provided to monitor oil leakage of the hydraulic system on a real time basis using an oil amount change per unit time. CONSTITUTION: An oil leakage prevention method is comprised of the following steps. An oil supply part(50) supplies oil. An oil measurement part(20) monitors an oil level of an oil tank. The oil measurement part measures an oil amount change per unit time. A controller(30) blocks oil supply by controlling the oil supply part.
