PURPOSE: An interference mitigation method, base station, and terminal thereof are provided to enable a terminal to receive normal communication services from a macro base station by alleviating interference generated by a small base station in downlinks. CONSTITUTION: In case interference levels for a first terminal are over threshold values, a small base station allocates resources for the first terminal(S210,S220). The small base station transmits data to the first terminal through the allocated resources(S230). In case the interference levels for the first terminal are under the threshold values, the small base station does not allocate the resources for the first terminal(S240).
