A method for transforming rubbish into construction materials, in which the raw material (rubbish) is collected from classification hoppers and the materials useless for the process eliminated such as iron, aluminium, mattresses, tyres, pet, cardboard, paper, glass, which separated have a higher recycling percentage. The rubbish mass is then subjected to a first scavenging step, then to a shredding or crushing machine, and to three milling steps until reaching a granulometry of 4.0 mm, these being mixed with additives such as hydrogen peroxide, cement, gypsum, bentonite and aggregates; finally the mass is poured into moulds so as to form the desired construction elements.
