FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of spherical powders for small arm, particularly, for cartridge 30 Carbine (7.62x33). Proposed powder comprises nitrocellulose, nitroglycerine, diphenylamine, dinitrotoluene, centralite I or II, graphite, ethyl acetate and moisture. Note here that initial stock comprises nitrocellulose with volume concentration of nitrogen oxide of 209-210.5 ml of NO/g and nitrocotton ''H'' with volume concentration of nitrogen 189-194.5 ml of NO/g. Proposed composition allows using high-nitrogen pyroxylin from pyroxylin fine-grained powders and ballistic powders of, for example grades "æ" or "æ" with expired shelf life as initial stock. ^ EFFECT: good ballistic characteristics. ^ 1 tbl, 5 ex |
