FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic mix thickeners and may be used in mining and concentrating and chemical industries. Paste thickener comprises cylindrical casing with conical bottom interconnected by splined joint with gland seal, unloader made up of driven peristaltic pump arranged at conical bottom lower part via corrugated adapter, loading device and clarified water discharge system. Thickener is mounted on bed mans of support columns. Vibrators are also mounted on said bed. Support bridge with initial pulp distribution tank and pressure pipeline are mounted on housing cylindrical part. Said support bridge carries mixer drive with reduction gear engaged with shaft, in its turn, engaged with ripper provided with scrapers fitted 5-10 cm from conical bottom inner wall. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 dwg |
