THE HEATER REFLECTION SHADE FOR USING THE EXTRACTING MEDICINAL LIQUID AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A heater reflection shade for a medicinal liquid extracting and automatic packing machine is provided to improve the heat transfer efficiency of a medicinal liquid container heated by a carbon and tungsten heater. CONSTITUTION: A heater reflection shade for a medicinal liquid extracting and automatic packing machine comprises a base plate, a heater mounting shade, a main reflection shade(37), and a container mounting case(39). The base plate has a hollow mounting boss which is bent upward in the center thereof. The heater mounting shade has a hollow mounting boss groove and a heater mounting groove in the center and bottom thereof. The main reflection shade reflects the heat of a carbon and tungsten heater to the bottom surface of a medicinal liquid container. The container mounting case is fixed to the edges of the base plate while embedding the heater mounting shade and the main reflection shade.
