PURPOSE: An UV(Ultraviolet) vacuum transferring printer is provided to clearly project a design of a transfer paper to an object without a damage or deformation of the object and the transfer paper by using the UV curing. CONSTITUTION: An UV vacuum transferring printer(100) comprises an upper unit(110), a lower unit(120), a transfer paper(130), and a vacuum suction unit(140). The upper unit comprise an upper cavity(113) and a transparent suction plate(119). One or more upper UV ray emitting sources are arranged in the upper cavity. The transparent suction plate is arranged to across the opened lower part of the upper cavity. The lower unit comprises a transparent supporting plate(124) and one or more jigs(122). The jig is arrange in the upper part of the transparent supporting plate and an object(10) is placed on the jig. The transfer paper is arranged between the transparent suction plate and jig. A design layer(131) and UV-curable layer(132) are formed in the lower part of the transfer paper responding to the jig. The vacuum suction unit supplies a vacuum suction force to a closed space between the transparent plate and upper cavity so that the transparent suction plate, the transfer paper, and the object are closely adhered in multilayer. |
