The invention relates to medicine and concerns initial surgical treatment of patients with open and closed penetrating front-basal traumas, with liquorrhea or without it, provides for elimination of liquorrhea, obliteration of frontal sinus or posttrephination cavity. Thereafter frontal sinus or posttrephination cavity is filled with Syntekist biocomposite mixed with patient blood and antibiotic, the wound is sutured in layers, and an aseptic plaster bandage is applied. |
