PURPOSE: An airbag for preventing sinking of a ship is provided to maintain floating state of a ship in emergency by injecting air to an air pocket considering the weight of the ship, thereby waiting crews on the ship until rescue workers are arrived. CONSTITUTION: An airbag for preventing sinking of a ship comprises an air pocket(110), a connection net(120), a fixing rope(130), an air hose(140), and an air compressor. A valve is formed in one side of the air pocket to charge and discharge air. The connection net covers the air pocket. One end of the fixing rope is connected to the connection net and the other end is fixed in a hull. The air hose is connected to the valve of the air pocket. The air compressor is connected to the air hose to charge air into the air pocket.
