PURPOSE: A welding machine with a head set is provided to allow a welding worker to recognize the operating state of the welding machine from a voice message and check the accurate input of welding machine operating information from a remote site. CONSTITUTION: A welding machine comprises a head set(400) and a welding unit. The head set is worn by a welding worker in order to output an acoustic signal received through local area wireless communications signals to the welding worker and transmit an acoustic signal detected from the welding worker through the local area wireless communications signals. The welding unit implements welding by the welding worker and is linked with the head set through the local area wireless communications signals to output an acoustic signal transmitted from the head set to an external communication terminal of a manager and transmit an acoustic signal received from the external communication terminal of the manager to the head set.
