PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for a degree of tissue adhesion which is excellent in relating a result in gadolinium detection in an MRI image of a cross section of "an interface between a first tissue and a second tissue" in a gadolinium applied animal with the degree of tissue adhesion of the first tissue and the second tissue, and to obtain an evaluation agent therefor. SOLUTION: The detection method and the detection agent can quickly and accurately detect the degree of tissue adhesion that is hardly evaluated externally, so that they are very useful.
