PURPOSE: A sledge with an attached hand brake is provided, which enables anyone to ride a sledge comfortably like sitting on a chair and can control fast speed. CONSTITUTION: A sledge with an attached hand brake comprises: a front wheel part(A) in which a skate blade(101) of the sliding movement function is integrally coupled with a left side stage(104) and a right-side stage(103) having steering function; a rear part(C) in which a rolling wheel(102) is equipped; and a central part(B) comprised of a hand brake and a seat plate for slide. If a user pulls a hand brake, a pulling piece(107) for braking is rubbed with the surface.
