The structure has a flower-box (10) provided with a rectangle bottom part (12), a side wall (14), a base (18) and a hollow shaft (20) that is formed of two layers e.g. skeleton frame and geotextile, where the flower-box has height of 1m, length of 1m and width of 30 cm. The bottom part is formed of a rectangle shaped non skeleton plate. The flower-box is filled with a substrate e.g. soil, until a level is slightly located below an upper end of the side wall, where two plants are planted at the wall by perforating the geotextile.
