The arrangement (50) has a high pressure compressor (34) of a turbomachine comprising a rectifier stage (80) to determine an annular flow channel. A nacelle wall (42) radially determines a secondary annular flow channel (40) i.e. annular fresh air flow channel, towards an interior of the arrangement, and a heat pipe (54) arranges an evaporation end (54a) that is mounted on a rectifier stage. A condensation end (54b) is mounted on the nacelle wall and on a fin heat exchanger system (86) that is partially housed inside the annular flow channel (40).
