A universal profile of a lamp is made of strong material with high or increased heat conductivity, it has flat base, place for placement of construction of light-emitting diodes on heat-conducting base, the ends of the profile are equipped with ribs. The profile has symmetrical shape, it is attached to the surfaces with glue materials or with self-cutter screws, or bolts, or special cramps. The profile has special coating that is provided by dyeing or chemical or electro-chemical oxidation. The ribs are arranged in the form that makes it possible to realize fixation to outer structures and profiles to each other as well, and function of heat takeoff.
