PURPOSE: An underwater sound sensor and a towed array sound sensor system including the same are provided to tolerate various kinds of external force applied while being installed in the seabed. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophone(252) changes a sound wave into an electric signal. A tensile package accepts the hydrophone and is extended in one direction. A joint part is arranged between end parts of the tensile packages which are facing each other and connect the tensile packages with a first axis or second axis as a center in order to be able to rotate.
